Location: 1470 North Main, Mount Pleasant, Arkansas – This location is south off Highway 69 about ½ mile. Mt. Pleasant is about 20 miles northwest of Batesville, Arkansas. *GPS coordinates are (35.971977846142664, -91.77909255593602) for the exact location.
Type Auction: Public Online Auction. This will be an online only auction. Early Bidding & Maximum Bidding will be available beginning several days before the auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.
Buyers Premium: All Buyers, Both Onsite And Online, Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on all purchases. An additional 4 % Will Be Charged For The Online Bidding Service Resulting In a Total Of 14 % Buyer's Premium.
Inspection: Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection at this yard is available the day before the auction where Blackmon staff may be onsite. To inspect early contact Billy at 501-352-4703 to see if there is availability.
Equipment Removal: Start planning even before you start bidding! Buyers are responsible for rigging down, loading and transportation of all items. No assistance will be provided. Please have all purchases removed within 60 days of the auction if possible. This property does not belong to Oakley nor Blackmon. Bring proof of insurance, send proper equipment and operators and trailers. Be considerate of property owner and all other buyers.
Shipping: Neither Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items. Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting all purchases.
