Auction Type
Online Bidding Only + Virtual Live Auction. Bidders will be able to prebid, max bid, actively bid & then transition into live bidding on auction closing day. Items begin closing, one at a time, on Friday, December 10 at 9AM CST – The auction will actually be live virtual so you will hear the auctioneer and the final closing will be determined by the pace of the live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online. Online Bidding Only and you can submit prebids/proxybids via email if you won’t be able to be around a computer that day. Buyers Premiums are the same.
Terms
Invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction. Buyers Premium of 6.5% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. Applicable taxes will be charged and collected as well. Loadout/Equipment Removal
Buyers will be responsible for transportation – UPRR nor Blackmon Auctions will be responsible for this. Please begin scheduling transport right after the auction.

SPECIAL NOTE:
The ArDOT Auction will be held on this yard on Nov 3 & 4 – Therefore there will NOT be a Small Item Day this fall because there will not be space for it due to the volume of ArDOT items. We may try to have a Small Item Day in December.
Auction Type:
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite in Lonoke or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction, along with all the funniness of the auctioneers for your enjoyment. We encourage online bidding but customers will be allowed onsite as well. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Equipment Delivery:
Our staff will be on site beginning Monday, Oct 18, our Arkansas Auction Complex in Lonoke will be open to accept your deliveries. The yard will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM weekdays and 8 AM to 12 PM on Saturday, Oct 23. (If you want to deliver big items before Oct 18, please contact Billy Hartnedy at (501) 352-4703 to see if available).
Equipment Delivery Deadline:
Have all items delivered by Monday, Oct 25 by 4:30PM
Terms:
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium (14% online) on the first $2,000 of each item sold BUT only a 2% buyer’s premium (6% online) on remaining balance. If you buy online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the following morning.
Tentative Auction Schedule
Truck Day:
Auction starts at 8 AM sharp. We often sell with two auctioneers for an hour or so, selling truck parts and tires.
At approximately 9:30 AM, we begin selling support items: Containers, rigging items, etc.
Around 10:30 AM, we’ll start selling pickups, SUVs, then small trailers.
Big trucks, dump trucks, and more begin selling around 11 AM – noon. Approximately 2 PM, we start selling big trailers.
Equipment Day:
Auction starts at 8 AM sharp. We often sell with two auctioneers for an hour or so, selling attachments, support items and more.
Around 10-10:30 AM, we’ll start selling Yellow Iron

Load Out/Equipment Removal
THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 13 BY NOON. Please bid on items only if you are sure you can pick them up in that time frame. A forklift will assist in loading – You will get loaded more quickly if you send personnel to load yourself (Tires, etc.). Some of the lifts will need to be dismantled by the BUYER. Make sure you or your driver has your auction invoice when picking up. We will most likely be loading out beginning as the conclusion of the auction straight through the weekend… Check back to be sure. There is a loading dock available.
