Auction Type
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite in Arkoma or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction, along with all the funniness of the auctioneers for your enjoyment. We encourage online bidding but customers will be allowed onsite as well. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.

Terms
Buyers Premium of 8% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. A slight additional premium will be added if bidding online. Applicable taxes will be charged and collected as well. If you bid online invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. If you are exempt please make sure that we have your exemption form BEFORE the auction if possible. Email to doug@blackmonauctions.com

Inspection
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. On-site inspection will be Monday, October 11 from 8AM-5PM. If you want to inspect early call Bo at 501-944-0921 and we will see if there is availability.

Equipment Removal/Loadout
All items must be removed by Friday, October 15 afternoon. There will be assistance loading for a couple days. If you buy one of the rigs you will have more time to remove but you will also be responsible for removal – we will not be able to rig down or load. No loading dock available.

From Interstate 40 in Morrilton, take Exit 108 and go south on Highway 9 for 3.8 miles. Approximately one mile after the Greenway John Deere store, turn left onto Sandtown Road, then turn right onto Recovery Road. The auction yard will be on the left behind the Tutle & Tutle Trucking building. Look behind the big SEMCO building and watch for signs. You can see us from Highway 9 but the sale site is about 200 yards from the road.

Equipment Check-In
The Tutle & Tutle Trucking yard in Morrilton, AR will be open for us to receive your items starting at 8 AM on Wednesday, Sept. 15. We will be open 8 AM to 5 PM weekdays and Saturday, Sept. 18 from 8 AM to 12 PM. All items must be onsite no later than 12 PM on Thursday, Sept. 23. We will not accept items the day of the sale…no exceptions! There will be a forklift onsite to assist you in unloading your items.

Inspection
You may inspect items from 8 AM to 4 PM the day before the auction on Thursday, Sept. 23.

Terms
There will be 6% buyer’s premium on all items sold. Items must be paid for the day of the auction unless you have made other arrangements in advance with Blackmon Auctions. We accept wire transfers, credit cards, cash, or checks with a letter of credit from your bank. We also offer financing!

Loadout
All items must be removed by Friday, Oct. 1 unless you have made prior arrangements with Blackmon Auctions. Items left after this date will be hauled to our Arkansas Auction Complex in Lonoke at the buyer’s expense of $500 per load. ***Please note: There is NO loading dock at this location. Please bring the appropriate trailer to transport your items.***If you will be brokering your load, please make sure the driver has a copy of your paid invoice! No items will be allowed to leave without a paid receipt.
