Saturday, Feb. 22– Day 4 (Live Only)
We Call It “Family Day”. You never know what to expect on Saturday at Backgate!!! Could be boats, salvage vehicles, appliances, maybe collectibles, storage sheds, Duck Blinds, camping equipment, antiques, and much , much more. Selling with two auction trucks running all day. Items this day will sell onsite only!

Equipment Delivery Begins – Monday, February 3rd
8 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week.
There will be forklifts and boom lifts available for unloading your items.

We ask our customers to please be considerate of the deadlines above….. This allows our team the proper time to align, catalog & tag 2,000+/- items so the sale runs smoothly.

Equipment Removal:

Loaders charge minimum of $10 per lift to load. There is a small loading ramp at this yard. Please send the appropriate trailer for your pickup. * We do have forklifts and boom lifts available to assist in loading your items.
***ONLINE & ONSITE BIDDERS*** After 7-10 days, the gate will be locked and there will NOT be a forklift or crew onsite to assist you with loading your items. This will make pickup extremely difficult and inconvenient for all involved. Blackmon Auctions is not responsible for lost or stolen items left after the loadout time period.
At 5:00 Friday February 28 the gate will be locked and no one will be onsite until Monday March 3.
***Please Note!!!*** Any items remaining after March 10th will be transported to the Blackmon Yard in Lonoke and you will have to pay the transport fee before picking up your item.

Go south a couple of miles to Highway 70, turn left and go one (1) mile to Highway 63 and follow south to the Stuttgart Airport sign. Turn right and you will see the sale site.

Hours Of Operation
We will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week, during drop off. There will be forklifts and boom lifts available for unloading your items. Online Bidding

Terms
There will be 6% buyer’s premium on all items sold (slight additional fee online). Items must be paid for the day of the auction unless you have made other arrangements in advance with Blackmon Auctions. We accept wire transfers, credit cards, cash, or checks with a letter of credit from your bank.
Loadout
All items must be removed within seven (7) days of the auction unless you have made prior arrangements with Blackmon Auctions.
You or your transport company must have a paid receipt to pickup your item! We will not allow an item to leave the yard without showing a paid receipt.
There is NOT a loading ramp at this yard! Please send the appropriate trailer for your pickup. * We do have forklifts and boom lifts available to assist in loading your items.
***ONLINE & ONSITE BIDDERS*** After 10 days, the gate will be locked and there will NOT be a forklift or crew onsite to assist you with loading your items. This will make pickup extremely difficult and inconvenient for all involved. Blackmon Auctions is not responsible for lost or stolen items left after the loadout time period.

Auction Type
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite in Rusk or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction, along with all the funniness of the auctioneers for your enjoyment. We encourage online bidding but customers will be allowed onsite as well. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Inspection
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. On-site inspection will be Wednesday, October 13 from 8AM-5PM. If you want to inspect early call Billy at 501-352-4703 and we will see if there is availability.
Terms
Buyers Premium of 6% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. A slight additional premium will be added if bidding online. Applicable taxes will be charged and collected as well. Approximately one mile after the Greenway John Deere store, turn left onto Sandtown Road, then turn right onto Recovery Road. The auction yard will be on the left behind the Tutle & Tutle Trucking building. Look behind the big SEMCO building and watch for signs. You can see us from Highway 9 but the sale site is about 200 yards from the road.
Equipment Check-In
The Tutle & Tutle Trucking yard in Morrilton, AR will be open for us to receive your items starting at 8 AM on Wednesday, Sept. 15. We will be open 8 AM to 5 PM weekdays and Saturday, Sept. 18 from 8 AM to 12 PM. All items must be onsite no later than 12 PM on Thursday, Sept. 23. We will not accept items the day of the sale…no exceptions! There will be a forklift onsite to assist you in unloading your items.
Inspection
